Maytag Dryer Wiring My Maytag Dryer Buzzes When I Turn The Timer, And Will Not Start.?

My Maytag dryer buzzes when I turn the timer, and will not start.? - maytag dryer wiring

I tried all options, air fluff, permanent press, etc., and the dryer will not start. I unplugged, pushed the start button at different times and different contexts, and nothing. I guess you need a new timer. Other options?

Normally, when the counter goes wrong, only certain places or discharge cycles. I guess to start the motor or capacitor.

You could use a voltage tester to determine whether the motor cable is tightened, if it is assumed that (early-timer button is pressed). Otherwise ... Timer ... "Start" button, or relay may be bad ... If you are the engine power when it should, and not ... what is bad ...

EDIT: The first poster had a good number ... May change motor and the belt is broken ...

ANOTHER EDIT: I wonder if the start button or the relay is not closed, as if the start button is continuously depressed. I do not think that would be the dryer in the terms start and was able to act in this way. A timer ill probably just cause is not connected to a circuit, if not expect it to explain what happens if it should happen to close.

Hi no problem, you fix it. Go to your dryer turning the knob. Open the door of the dryer and press the switch on the door with one hand and rotate the drum clockwise Nice fast. It should be operational. Basta and try again a few times. After 3 runs successfully on the door. This should fix it. Good luck. pduff39@yahoo.com

Check that rotates the drum (by hand). This could be an engine or a bundle of broken belt and the hum of the spindle motor itself
