I agree with most, go for a darker brown.
In addition, a lip is fairly neutral. only a low luminosity
I love your hair and you're a pretty girl, so you probably get a lot of it, looks different when it comes to the composition. Almay eye has intense color palettes eyeshadow eyes in different colors improve. You should check it out ... for each of the different blues blue is dark, and I think they look great on you. Any type of eyeshadow gold or copper color will really make blue eyes. If you do something really wild and try a bright turquoise, possibly mixed with a little money.
Although I like your hair now I understand what it means to be bored with your hair. It seems that nature has brown hair and you can always try something like that, or go with reddish brown highlights. If you are open to the natural color of the light blue stripes or layers below would be really impressive with their blue eyes and skin. You can also try, even in low light conditions, brown hair and possibly a few light blonde highlights. Maybe a new haircut with multiple layers within the face and I feel goodLP set the boredom factor, too. BTW be careful when you are coloring at home. The blonde does not necessarily have the same color as the color of their roots.
